Enjoy the luxury of cruising in beautiful Brisbane River which is described as one of the best things to do in Brisbane.

Our gondola cruises are extremely popular with locals and visitors and as a result are often fully booked well in advance particularly over weekends and public holidays. It is therefore advisable to book your romantic cruise early in order to secure your preferred date and departure time.

• Payment can be made by direct bank transfer ~ we will email bank details on request.
• A non-refundable $60 deposit is payable upon booking.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Booking Terms:

• Bookings can be made by phone on 0419 400 944.
• Departure times are subject to prior bookings
• You will be contacted confirming the details of your booking at which time a non-refundable $60 deposit is payable. Failure to pay deposit will mean you booking is not secured and your booking will be sold to another client.
• You are required to arrive at our departure location at least 15 minutes prior to your cruise departure time – late arrival will result in a shortened cruise duration

Weather:

• Our gondolas incorporate a fixed weatherproof cabin with curtains and clear panels which can be set to cater for most weather conditions. We monitor the local weather radar and should a potential weather problem be current we will contact you in good time
• In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a cruise due to extreme weather conditions, you will have the option to reschedule your cruise, receive a Gift Voucher valid for six months or a full refund

Cancellation or Change:

Once your booking has been confirmed, any cancellation or change will be subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. In case of cancellation, at least 24 hours notification must be provided to avoid incurring a 50% cancellation fee. This is to cover any cost of wages and food that may have been provided for your cruise.
2. Any other change of date or time will incur an administration fee of 25% if not made 24 hours prior to your booking.
3. Non-arrival for a scheduled booking will be treated as a cancellation.
